Varsity Coaches

 Dan Trotta is a PGA of America Affiliate Member, an International PGA Member, and a USGTF Associate Golf Teaching Professional. He has served as the Head Men's Golf Coach of the Seaholm Maples since 2019, and Head Women's Coach since 2022. Prior to coming to Seaholm, Dan served as the Head Women's Golf Coach at Royal Oak High School from 2014-2018, and also served as an Assistant Men's Coach at Birmingham Groves for four seasons. 

He joined the United States Golf Teachers Federation in 2007. In 2012, Dan joined Hank Haney Golf PRO to participate in intense golf instruction education and certification. The curriculum is designed and delivered by top golf teacher Hank Haney. Dan is also a Certified Interscholastic Coach, awarded by the National Federation of State High School Associations. In 2015, he became a Certified Member of the International PGA.
